News for employers

Recruit EHL's Master Students

December

We are pleased to introduce current students individual profiles, with their career objectives. Please do not hesitate to contact them if you require any further information.

Graduating students

Each year, EHL promotes a diverse group of young graduates into the real world. While the skills of the graduates who hold one of our three hospitality degrees are broadly overlapping, each programme develops a somewhat different set of skills to offer future employers, ranging from guilds hospitality qualifications to management and leadership skills learned in high-performing teams.

Graduates: the EHL network

EHL's alumni network of more than 9,000 members have access to the online hospitality job platform and data base search functions. Members of the network occupy leading positions in practically every category of the hospitality industry – any kind of company that helps the hospitality business thrive.

Internships

A useful source of EHL talent that you can put to work in your company is student interns. You will find them to be bright, hardworking, and eager to learn. Their studies at a top hospitality school have prepared them for the many challenges of the international hospitality industry.

Student projects: EHL talent in action!

You can bring EHL talent to bear on a business challenge in your company by engaging a small group of hospitality Master or Bachelor students in the context of their Student Business Projects – part of their final-year hospitality studies. Over 75% of student projects have been implemented by the client company - a sure sign of the quality of their work and the relevance of their hospitality education.

Company Culture Scheme

EHL has inaugurated a new relationship model, the "Company Culture Scheme", which allows employers to participate more fully in both the internship and recruitment processes. This custom-made relationship model was created to better suit the needs of employers wishing to establish close, ongoing ties with EHL. This scheme means that you will be able to identify students who interest you very early in their studies, and to introduce them to your particular brand profile and expectations by providing training, expertise and customized job opportunities (internships, summer jobs, …) throughout their studies.
